BEFORE FIRST USE

Boil the pacifier in water for 5 minutes before it is being used for the first time. The pacifier should not touch the bottom of the pot. Then let it cool down and empty out any water inside the nipple. Squeeze a few times and hold the pacifier upside down to empty any water from the nipple before using it. Always clean the pacifier before use and check that the mouthpiece (nipple) is undamaged.

Do not boil the pacifier more than once.

HOW DO I CLEAN THE PACIFIER?

The pacifier should be cleaned by hand, and must not be cleaned in a microwave or dishwasher. When the pacifier is not in use, it should be kept in a clean, dry place out of direct sunlight or contact with a source of heat. It should be stored in a closed, clean and dry container. DON’T BOIL THE PACIFIER AGAIN.

MY PACIFIER/TEETHER JUST CHANGED COLORS, HELP!

There’s no need to be worried, this is completely normal. The pacifier will get darker over time because it’s made from a natural material and no chemicals are added to color our products just to keep them in a light color.

The pacifier can also get some white patches on it. This is from the limescale from tapwater. This will disappear quickly after some use/washes.

The pacifiers are made from a natural material meaning that each harvest is slightly different than the previous one.

LATEX ALLERGY

Very few children are allergic to natural rubber, however watch out for any allergic reactions, and stop any use if an allergic reaction should occur because of using the pacifier.

If your child has a diagnosed latex allergy then we would advise not to use our pacifiers. Even though the substance that causes a latex allergy is removed during the manufacturing proces, it’s better to be safe than sorry.
